Sequence Of Operation

Buyers deposit USDG and sellers deposit stock tokens. Deposits cannot be cancelled before expiry.
When the Chainlink feed publishes a round with an id strictly newer than the pool's, anyone can call settle().
Settlement reads the latest eligible price plus the premium. Qualified buyer deposits receive priority; allocation is proportional within each tranche.
Buyers claim stock and unused USDG. Sellers claim USDG and unsold stock. Token rounding can leave residual units in escrow; issuer transfer restrictions can block payouts.
After the deadline, deposits can be withdrawn while the pool remains unsettled. Settlement is still possible, so transaction ordering determines whether withdrawals or claims apply.
