Stock pools on Robinhood Chain. Lifecycle, allocation, settlement and verification.

0x00 OverviewRead this first

A pool matches buyers who deposit USDG with sellers who deposit stock tokens. It records the oracle round at creation. Deposits close when the deadline arrives or the feed publishes a newer round.

Anyone can settle once an eligible newer price exists. Settlement reads the latest eligible round at execution and applies the pool's seller premium. The final fill depends on available stock, subscribed USDG and allocation priority.

The current terminal connects to existing deployed pools. Your wallet signs transactions; deposits and positions are recorded on chain. The backend reads contracts and prepares unsigned transactions.

0x01 LifecycleFrom deposit to payout

StateConditionAvailable action
OPENBefore expiry, with no oracle round newer than the creation round.Buyers subscribe USDG; sellers deposit stock.
READYA newer oracle round exists before expiry.Deposits are closed. Anyone can call settle.
EXPIREDThe deadline has passed and the pool remains unsettled.Withdraw deposits. A valid settlement can still execute first.
SETTLEDSettlement has recorded the price and allocations.Claim purchased assets, sale proceeds and unused deposits.

A newer round closes deposits immediately, even if nobody has settled yet. Settlement is not automatic and does not necessarily use the first round after creation. Waiting to settle can change the execution price.

UNAVAILABLE is a data-reading status, not an on-chain lifecycle state. The terminal keeps the pool listed and blocks new deposits while required data cannot be verified.

0x02 SubscribingUSDG in, stock out

  1. Connect a wallet and switch to Robinhood Chain, chain ID 4663. Keep ETH available for network fees.
  2. Open a pool, choose Buy or press B, and enter the USDG amount.
  3. Review the token approval if one is needed, then review the separate deposit transaction. A confirmed approval alone does not deposit funds.
  4. After settlement, claim your stock and the USDG that was not spent.

Approvals are prepared for the entered amount. Tokens that require an existing allowance to be reset may need a separate approval of zero first. Check the destination and amount in each wallet review.

Deposits cannot be cancelled before expiry. The displayed share estimate is indicative; it does not guarantee the eventual oracle price or fill.

0x03 AllocationPriority and open tranches

Priority pools separate buyer deposits into two groups. A wallet meeting the pool's allocation-token threshold when it deposits joins the priority tranche. Other deposits join the open tranche.

Priority demand is served first. The open tranche receives the remaining stock. Allocation is proportional within each tranche; a balance above the threshold does not give that deposit extra weight.

Buyer demandStock value at settlementPriority allocationOpen allocation
100 USDG priority, 100 USDG open200 USDG100 USDG filled100 USDG filled
100 USDG priority, 100 USDG open100 USDG100 USDG filled100 USDG refunded
Two priority deposits of 100 USDG, plus 100 USDG open100 USDG50 USDG filled per priority deposit100 USDG refunded

Qualification is checked for each deposit. Allocation tokens are not transferred or locked. Later token purchases affect later deposits; selling tokens does not rewrite the tranche of an existing deposit.

The current priority pools use their configured allocation token and threshold. A TICK name or logo does not change an existing contract's token. TICK-token priority requires the new factory's allocation configuration after deployment.

0x04 UnderwritingStock in, USDG out

  1. Hold the selected stock token in your connected wallet.
  2. Choose Sell or press S, enter shares, and review any required approval and deposit.
  3. At settlement, sellers receive USDG at the oracle price plus the pool's premium, according to the stock that fills.
  4. Claim the USDG proceeds and any unsold stock.

Premiums range from 0% to 10% and are fixed when a pool opens. They are part of the crossing price paid to sellers. A premium does not guarantee a profit or a complete sale.

To acquire stock first, choose Sell, then Buy stock, then underwrite. Enter a USDG budget and review the immediate purchase. After its receipt confirms, review a separate deposit of only the stock received by that swap. Existing wallet inventory is excluded. If the pool closes or you stop, the purchased stock remains in your wallet.

0x05 Settlement mathPrice, priority and refunds

P = latest eligible oracle price at settlement
m = seller premium in basis points, from 0 to 1000
P'  = P × (10000 + m) / 10000

H = USDG in the priority tranche
O = USDG in the open tranche
S = stock deposited by sellers

priority stock = min(H / P', S)
open stock = min(O / P', S - priority stock)
total filled = priority stock + open stock
USDG spent = total filled × P'

Within a buyer tranche, each deposit receives its proportional share of that tranche's stock and spending. Its USDG refund is its deposit minus its allocated spending. Sellers receive proportional USDG proceeds and their remaining unsold stock.

Worked example. The oracle price is 100 USDG, the premium is 2%, and sellers supply 2 shares. Priority buyers deposit 200 USDG in total; open buyers deposit 100 USDG. The crossing price is 102 USDG per share.

These formulas show the allocation before integer rounding. Contracts operate in indivisible token units. Small outputs can round to zero, and existing pools can leave rounding residue. The actual contract payout is authoritative.

0x06 Claims and expiryRecover your assets

Use Your positions to open the exact pool containing your deposit. A settled pool offers Claim assets. An expired, unsettled pool offers Withdraw deposits. One combined claim includes both sides if your wallet subscribed and supplied stock.

After expiry, withdrawal does not require a working oracle. Settlement remains possible when a valid newer round is available. If settlement executes before your withdrawal, the withdrawal can revert and the resulting assets must be claimed instead.

Claiming a settled position does not require a fresh oracle price. Issuer transfer restrictions can still block a token payment. Combined exits in existing contracts may revert if either transfer fails.

Watch the transaction result. A submitted or pending transaction is not confirmation. An unfinished sequence is saved in this browser tab and resumes at its first unconfirmed step. Verify an unknown submission against wallet activity and its transaction hash. Clear its lock only when the wallet confirms it was never submitted.

A single-sided settled position also offers Claim, then review refund swap. The claim completes first. Only the returned input recorded in that receipt can fund the next swap; the swap requires a fresh quote and separate wallet review. No swap can spend assets still held by the pool.

Verified TICK UUPS pools additionally offer stock-only and USDG-only claims and withdrawals. These allow an unaffected asset to exit separately when the other token cannot transfer. Existing pools keep their original combined exits.

0x07 Opening a poolStock, premium and deadline

  1. Choose a supported stock with an available oracle feed.
  2. Choose a premium from 0% to 10% and a window from 1 to 720 hours.
  3. Review the factory transaction and its network fee in your wallet.
  4. After confirmation, the pool appears in the registry and accepts deposits while its window is open.

Creating a pool does not deposit assets. The application uses a supported stock/feed list; an arbitrary token address is not a verified market.

The pool takes no protocol fee. External swap providers may charge separate fees. Network transactions still require ETH. Seller premiums belong to sellers; they are not a dividend or staking reward for allocation-token holders.

0x08 Verify a poolCheck the deployed rules

  1. Check chain ID 4663 and the pool destination shown in the transaction review. Confirm its factory lists the pool through allPools().
  2. Read the pool's stock(), usdg() and feed(). Match the stock and settlement currency you intend to trade.
  3. Read deadline(), deployRoundId() and settled(). Compare the current oracle round with the creation round.
  4. Review the verified contract source and premium where supported. Check deposit-window, allocation, settlement and withdrawal conditions.
  5. Inspect your deposit records and pending(address) before claiming. Verify the receipt and transfers after execution.

The terminal reads through its backend and shared RPC snapshots. A network status message or cached figure is not a settlement guarantee. Transaction preparation reads the target contract again and simulates the requested operation before wallet review.

Use the wallet's transaction link to inspect the receipt on the chain explorer. No private key is required for these read-only checks.

0x09 TICK deployment statusCurrent and pending

Reading the configured protocol deployment…

The new design uses an independent UUPS proxy for the factory and each pool. The owner authorizes upgrades, with two-step ownership transfer. Updating the factory's implementation for future pools does not automatically upgrade existing pools.

The factory can be deployed before the TICK token. It remains inactive until its owner configures the allocation token and threshold. The intended initial threshold is 1,000,000 TICK. The final ERC-20 address must be used after token launch.

The application supports the TICK UUPS adapter, independent asset exits and the revised native-unit allocation accounting. These features apply only to verified TICK pools after deployment. Existing pools retain their deployed rules and remain accessible. Future upgrades require source and storage-layout review; upgrade authority can change contract behavior. Ownership cannot be renounced.

Choose a route compares current immediate swaps from Nordstern Finance, Fly and Rialto, when available, with account-aware pool estimates. If the quote provider is unavailable or rate limited, the terminal displays its retry status and keeps pool routes available. Pool estimates include current holder eligibility and existing deposits. They are indicative: later deposits, the settlement price and indivisible-token rounding can change the payout.

Immediate routes use LI.FI on Robinhood Chain with 0.5% maximum quoted slippage. The review shows the recipient, venue, minimum output and estimated network fee. Included provider fees are shown on the route; TICK adds no integrator fee. Quote expiry is checked before wallet submission. The router enforces minimum output on chain, but these calls do not enforce a mining deadline.

Split pool + immediate swap divides the exact input amount into a chosen pool percentage and a remaining wallet amount. Accept the pool waiting conditions first. The pool deposit and immediate swap are separate transactions, each with its own review. The remainder stays in your wallet until its swap confirms. Cancellation does not reverse an earlier confirmed transaction.

Order sequences run while this tab is open and can be resumed after reloading. They do not settle pools automatically, provide an unattended completion service, or make multiple transactions atomic.
